Whisky distillery PUNI

Good whisky takes time. The whisky is aged in underground bunkers from the Second World War. We are aiming for three variant qualities, because the maturation takes place in bourbon barrels from the U.S., Marsala barrels from Sicily and wine barrels from Alto Adige. Whisky fans around the world can look forward to tasting the PUNI fine single malts starting in 2015. They do not seek to be a copy of the Scottish original, but rather, wish to include the terroir of the Vinschgau Valley and Italy.

Guided Tours: There are no fixed tour times. Visitors are welcome to drop by during opening hours to explore the Visitor Centre and selected production areas at their own pace. Admission is completely free of charge, and a self-guided tour is available via a web app (Tip: bring your own headphones!). For groups of 8 or more, a brief registration in advance is required!

Open Tasting: The tasting is flexibly integrated into your visit, completely without time pressure. Anyone can taste individual whiskies or the entire range (subject to a fee).
