Baking bread the old way in a wood-fired oven – Kulturgasthaus Weisskugel in Matsch

The aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air! At the Kulturgasthaus Weisskugel in Matsch, you can experience the traditional

art of baking bread in a wood-fired oven. The oven is already preheated and the dough is prepared – now it’s time to shape and bake the bread.

Together, you will shape the traditional Vinschger Paarlen and slide them into the hot wood-fired oven.

Along the way, you will learn more about the old baking tradition and get up close to witnessing how prepared dough transforms into crispy,

aromatic, traditional bread. Of course, tasting the freshly baked Vinschger Paarlen is a must!

A delightful experience that combines traditional craftsmanship with Vinschger culture.

Meeting point: 10:00 - 14:00, Gasthof Weisskugel, Matsch
