Over the weekend of July 9–11, 2027, a new festival combining sport, nature, music, and regional cuisine will take shape around Reschensee Lake. At the heart of the Reschensee Lake Running Festival is an event that has long been a fixture of the Reschensee Lake holiday region: the Reschensee Run.

Set against the spectacular backdrop of Reschensee Lake and its world-famous sunken church tower, a diverse weekend awaits athletes, families, and visitors alike. The Reschensee Lake holiday region becomes a stage for athletic challenges, social encounters, and shared experiences—centered around running events during the day, and featuring music, culinary delights, and various cultural activities in the evening.

With the Reschensee Lake Running Festival, the event is moving into the future under new management and with fresh ideas. A new concept has been developed in collaboration with the Reschenpass Tourism Cooperative, the Municipality of Graun, Schöneben AG, and local associations; this concept preserves the tradition of the Reschensee Run while simultaneously creating space for modern evolution.
